Would you help me get started with SoftCookies?
Sure. When installing software things might go wrong. Please contact us and one of our support ninjas is going to help you with the installation.
 
Can I change plans or cancel my account later?
Of course. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time through your admin area. Everything is month-to-month. No contracts.
 
Is SoftCookies running on Mac?
Unfortunately not. As much as we want to do this; this is a technical limitation that we cannot overcome.
 
Is SoftCookies working with QuickBooks POS and QuickBooks Online?
No. These are totally different products.
 
Is phone support available?
We offer phone support Monday - Friday, between 8AM and 5PM US Eastern Time.
